Immediately upon admission, all residents are evaluated for their medical, emotional, and social needs by our team of professionals. This team, along with the resident and their family, establish an individual care plan which is implemented and monitored regularly by our medical staff.

All possible needs are taken care of by the facility. Our dieticians prepare an individualized menu based on residents’ needs and preferences, with meals and tasty snacks available at all hours. Our activities staff provides enjoyable activities and entertainers every day, which we encourage every resident to partake in, and there is telephone and cable tv access in every room. Our Medical staff is highly trained to provide top-level skilled and custodial care outside of a hospital setting. Our Social work team is always there to talk to residents and their families and provide a listening ear and a helping hand.

We understand that you cannot always be there for your loved ones, but you can make sure the BHCC team will step in and take care of your loved ones with the utmost care.

For those residents who are in need of a short-term stay, our facility and staff are fully equipped and trained to provide top-quality rehabilitative and medical care. All possible needs are taken care of by the facility.
